Mr. Scully has over 10 years of experience in State and Local Property Taxation both with Big Four professional firms and Industry. He has experience is in all business personal property reporting states.


Mr. Scully has spent majority of his time focused on the Communications Industry. He began assessing the technological changes from Circuit to Packet, Digital to Optical in the telecommunications industry which has progressed into other industries such as Cable MSO’s and Broadband. What sets Mr. Scully apart from the National firm representation is his ability to think out-of-the-box and bring an organization ideas that will provide them future tax savings and not just reductions for the current year.


In addition to the Communications Industry, Mr. Scully has experience with Retail, Warehouse/Distribution, Transportation and Corporate Aviation and Industrial Revenue Bond Agreements.


Mr. Scully was formerly the Personal Property Tax Manager for a large retailer. His department handled 2000+ annual returns, appeals, audits and tax bill administration for all facilities. His time and experience enabled him in developing strategies for retailers, warehouse facilities, fleet transportation and the review of IRB/Abatement agreements.


Mr. Scully attended Olivet Nazarene University with a Major in Accounting/Finance. In addition, Mr. Scully has Paralegal certification, attended the Dale Carnegie Institute and was selected from Management to attend the Sam Walton Institute of Retailing.
